Grading 

1.     Course : A = 90-100
                      B = 80-89
                      C = 70-79
                      D = 60-69
                      F = 59 or less

2.    Individual Assignments:  I will often use a plus/minus grading.
                                            For example, B+ = 88, B = 85, and B- = 82.

3.    Team grades for case analysis and the competitive simulation will be translated into individual
       grades based on peer evaluations provided by you.  This is to compensate for differential effort
      (if any) in the team's activity.
