This is a simulation in which groups will compete as firms in the athletic shoe industry by developing strategy and making the marketing , manufacturing , product design, and finance decisions needed to execute your firm's strategy. Organizing Companies

I will ask for 6 people to volunteer to be HRM managers. People will submit resumes to these managers, who will review them and hire another managers. As managers are hired, they are included in the process of hiring the remaining company managers.
